Like I've said after I died in the dead thread: I consider it a flaw in NOTW games that the Scums can kill active players to shut them up completely. There's no drawback to killing them, as opposed to ORG games where an active player can become a threat with his innocence confirmed. Also, the endgames are so much more interesting and lively near the end if players are not forced to silence.
Hey, don't blame us, Earthling and Frozen were the only players we killed because we wanted them to stop talking. Well, and we thought Earthling knew too much, particularly about me.
Nictel, Kennigit, Autolycus, and Izipo were killed solely because we knew they had a strong repair ability. Izipo telling me that he could repair six points of damage/night on day 10 was probably one of the funniest moments of the entire game for us.

Seon was just because he'd done too much to piss us off.

Yarrrr!
Choxorn and I tried our hardest but I got brained night two and Paulus/Civplayah were just rather nonexistant for the majority of the game. Frownyface.![]()
And then I walked into robbie's claymore and remained on the innocent suspect list for the remainder of the game.
I honestly can't believe you guys let me live that long after that, and, furthermore, I managed to get several important innocents to trust me and tell me their abilities (robbiecon, Duke Blackstone, Izipo...). You all fail just for that. I can't believe nobody ever scanned me.

Partially true - it was one day sooner, but they would have been in the minefield for the next three days to make up for the fact they were now a day short. Even if Sonar was online, the net result would still be a more damaged ship than had they gone the long way as they weren't getting the free mine hits. Plus the mines had a 1 in 2 chance to hit something vital (Engines, Electrical, or Pump), which further helped their cause.
Then there was CCRunner turning the ship around and the Engines being heavily damaged to keep us from getting out of the minefield quickly. All in all, we seriously lucked out with the mines. Thank you TLO for being inactive all game long.
I really should have given more significance to the discrepancy between your own descriptions of what you were trying to pull off with choxorn and what people said about choxorn after he got hit by the claymore. Or rather, what people didn't say -- there was absolutely not the slightest indication that choxorn had been going around claiming a strong role in the hopes of drawing negative attention that could be traced back to its perpetrator -- like you said he had agreed to do.
I did ask him about it all later, and again his description of your collaboration differed markedly from what you'd said yourself about it, but by that point I had three or four big suspects that needed dealing with before I could think too much about choxorn. I did think to walk him into the electrical room claymore as a means of control (before I got the flak jacket myself and figured dependable repair was preferable), but ultimately only requested repair from him, not knowing that he had the capability to carry out different actions in different places (hence, I'd just handed him an alibi). That could have been a BAD situation for the innocents, and I'm glad it ultimately wasn't.
The large inconsistencies with what I was saying are another reason I can't believe I was able to live this long. Seriously, I lie constantly about several things and then it takes me screwing up two words for Takhisis to catch me.
