Nuke Nes: After Victoria

Ok, It seems Moscow has won. DO you guys want to keep fighting it, or just let LightFang start the thread? Or if he doesn't want to, I will

Germany suggests the UCSA do not attempt to control German foreign policy or the foreign policy of our allies. We see no reason why our nation needs to sign the Treaty of Washington since we have never truly been involved in a war and have been one of the most peaceful nations on the planet in recent times.

To: Germany, Brazil, and Sweden
From: UCSA

We apologize if Germany, Brazil, and Sweden had taken offense at our attempt to safeguard Asia from European aggression (since, not many signed the Treaty of Washington). As the current events show, Lowlands, even as one of the nations who actually DID sign the treaty, so blatantly ignored it and attacked Vietnam, for no other apparent reason than its imperialistic goals, and UCSA simply wanted to make sure it does not happen again. Our main goal of asking Germany, Sweden, and Brazil to sign the treaty was so that you may ensure Lowlands as you all are in an alliance, and it also accounts for our suspicion on Lowlands' intent, since Lowlands suddenly joined your alliance that they were trying to escape the terms of the treaty by joining with a group of nations who did not sign the treaty.

But nevertheless, we humly request that Germany, Brazil, and Sweden would ratify at least Haynes' 14 Points.

Also, do not feel threatened by the Democratic League. We have clearly revealed our intent: to protect democracy in the world, not to spread it. We are saddened that Germany, Brazil, and Sweden would feel threatened by this League, for it shows Germany's suspicion of UCSA and other democracies of the world. We do not ask that you recant the Authoritarian League, but we still wish that Germany, Brazil, Sweden, and UCSA could be friends.

We do not need you to sign the Treaty of Washington, just Haynes' 14 Points. And we thank you for your cooperation. Perhaps we can amend this ill feeling that was present later on in order to become good neighbors.

We nominate Moscow to be the HQ of League of Nations, since we do not wish to be part of it. Most of the voting nations, future members, did not even ratify the very document that advocated it.

We are no longer interested in joining your alliance.

We hereby renounce our signature on the Treaty of Washington as void as Queen Wilhelmina is no longer our legitimate head of state. We also reject the Treaty of Washington's 14 points as illegal and infringing on a country's rights. However, we still hope that you will assist us in our transition from the parliamentary system to your federalized one.

We are withdrawing our nomination for Amsterdam to be used as the headquarters for the League of Nations. Best of luck running the League of Nations.

We will not join the League of Nations and declare any formal treaty signed with any foreign nation (besides the Treaty of Mecca signed with Arabia) to be void.

From Great Britain

As per the Treaty of Washington, Great Britain formally declares war on Brazil.

And also, Great Britain will not participate in the League of Nations. Unless the city is in a neutral spot. Dublin was a perfect location, even Rome or Naples would have been acceptable, but no you chose a city that was in a nation that could possibly start the world's first World War.

You guys couldn't have had Switzerland still exist, no, it had to be annexed. :p

Plus IRL UN is in New York, so... :p

And yet look what happened, America is still telling the UN what to do. That is why Great Britain demands that the League of Nations be stituated in a city and nation that has little influence in the world.

IC:

Japan was able to force the removal of Lowlands troops from Vietnam due to the Lowland's violation of Article 8, point 3 and 13 of the Treaty of Washington and Haynes' 14 points. While we can guarantee the UCSA that the Lowlands will no longer be invading nations anytime soon due to the massive losses that were incurred this year, we cannot and will not submit to a treaty that imposes limitations on our nation. What if other loopholes in the treaty were found and exploited by weaker nations onto stronger nations? We refuse and declare the fourteen points along with Treaty of Washington to be invalid.

We also maintain neutrality in the wars between Brazil and Great Britain.

Our renouncation of the Treaty of Washington means our two countries are formally yet again in a state of war. We will send a diplomat to Tokyo to draft up a new peace treaty with "no strings attached."

As per Treaty of Washington, we would like to inquire Britain's justification of this war.

A "treaty that imposes limitations on [your] nation"? Do you mean to say that you still wish to pursue your imperialistic endeavors? Have you not yet learned your lesson?

To: Great Britain

So be it. Britain's blood-thirst for the bloods of the Latin Americans is so great that it is willing to send the lives of its sons over to die. This could have been avoided had you agreed to ensure Venezuela's independence. But no more. We now will cut off all diplomatic ties with Great Britain and will no longer negotiate with the British until they withdraw all military forces from America or until they are kicked out.

UCSA ask that Brazil will not annex Panama Canal and, or, Caribbean Islands, but grant each of those independence, in case Brazil is victorious.
