While we will no longer be reasearching together Germany would feel more secure if an Alliance was to be re-established provided a few conditions are met by member nations.
1. If a nation within the Alliance is planning to attack a nation they inform other member nations of the Alliance their intent so that these nations may be able to react appropriately (whether it be assist or withdraw from the alliance etc). Of course nations within this alliance will have to swear to secrecy with these matters as the aggressor nation may want to sneak attack.
2. Nations within this Alliance will assist other members if war is declared upon them whether it be economical assistance or military assistance.
Germany would find these terms acceptable and if any other nation has any other ideas feel free to suggest them.
