In other words: Get over it. There are some days when I feel physically about 80, because everything hurts and my vision isn't great (I can't even thread a damn needle anymore)... but at least my mind isn't 80. Just think of each birthday as one more trip around the Sun and be glad that hasn't been monetized yet. Someone will come up with a way to do that some day.

Get a blue light filter for your phone, tablet, or PC if you use them after sunset. Trust me. It's literally a night and day difference.

I have it also, reading stuff makes us harder to sleep, the only things that often works is listening things, try to listen a university lecture or an ebook, just listen and try to follow, it works sometime for me, well if my wife start to kick my leg randomly I will wake up and stay awake till morning.
