Bed bugs!
Why is the question that pops in my mind. Is there a need for a healthier pizza?
Yes, without the gluten the texture is ruined.I tried out gluten free pizza.
Truly horrible.
Sometimes people manage to convey not only their meanness but their stupidity.Rant: Small children grabbing my cane, and the parents glaring at me when I inevitably go off-balance and have a bad fall.
I hate people sometimes.
The crust is pretty terrible, most non-gluten substitutes are. It's usually made worse with pizza in that it's typically paired with vegan cheese and such. On the one hand, the various diet fads are a boon to people with celiac's or other conditions because it gives them more options than they ever had before. On the other hand, it can mean those options are tied into other, completely unrelated fads. And it also sucks because most of us can see the gluten-free fad as the stupid fad that it is but many people don't realize there actually are people who legit can't eat gluten and they get lumped together with the silly fad-seekers and scorned.

The idea of an electrified cane comes to mind.
