I recommend garlic & salt sandwich coupled with hot tea and overheating organism a little bit to burn those undesired bacteria/viruses . Though this might not be enough since (viruses especially) microorganisms mutate to sustain higher temperatures.

Garlic is awesome, but there's a difference between a heavily-garlicked sandwich and an actual garlic sandwich.

Moving back onto more important topics, didn't the CIA once try to assassinate Fidel Castro with a cigar bomb?

I read that differently the first time.

Just make sure the organism in question is dead before You overheat it , it is a humanitarian thing to do ;)

Yeah ! It does ring a bell !

edit: although we don't use crude language anymore, they tried to umm.. "neutralize" him :satan:

I have discovered that my digestion is not overly fond of garlic. Sad.

Rant: I was reading the newspaper and I accidentally flipped to the faith/religion section without realizing so, and ended up reading a column that said not to worry about global warming because the flooding and storms and stuff was proof of the Second Coming and that God would fix it all. Arrrrrgh!

You have a faith/religion section in your newspaper?

I found it odd too, our papers closest thing to a religious section would be the obituaries I'm afraid.

It could just be a sign that God's angry at how we're trying our best to destroy Creation.

For many Christians who believe that the Second coming is nigh there is no need to try and fix any aspects of society because Jesus is coming and fix it all.

Yeah. It's only one page. I'm in a province that has a big population of older people.

It's a disgusting mindset on so many levels. And honestly I have a hard time figuring out if those beliefs are genuinely held versus convenient excuses to go along with policy/lifestyle decisions that they're comfortable with.

None the less, both Bush and Trump administrations are full of them.

Yes.

I'm not entirely sure where to put this, but I had a very unsettling dream. In the dream, my boyfriend was killed in a car crash, and I felt overpowered by grief and other negative emotions to where I was completely useless sack of sadness for about a month of dream time. I also don't mean "a month went by" in the narrator/narrative sense, I mean time passed like normal in the dream world; I experienced this for a very, very long time. I'm not doing it justice in my description here... I felt such overwhelmingly strong negative emotion in this dream, stronger than anything I have ever felt in real life. That's the unsettling bit. Plus the time compression thing. And the death. :\

I suppose that the only comforting thing I can say is that now it's over.
