Either live a life of loneliness, or establish a relationship, bonding either with animals or human need a degree tolerance, heck we even sometime displease with our own action.

My first cat tried chomping on an earphone wire, got a shock from it, let out a MEOW! of pain, and generally left them alone after that.

*it wasn't a major zap, just enough to take notice that chewing on this thing wasn't a good idea

I growl to my cat when they do something wrong, very scary sound growl, my wife love it when I do that, and all of them respect me as a bigger cat. When I growl, no one dare to take a step, and they just retreat slowly back to their hole somewhere.

It's two weeks until the November NaNoWriMo. I should be doing prep work. Like serious prep work because November means 50,000 words in 30 days, which will take about 8 hours/day if I do it by hand.

So what happened?

I got hooked on a 300+-chapter Harry Potter story. I'm reading two Ben Bova novels simultaneously, depending on which room I'm in. Every moment I spend in the Wizarding World and in the Grand Tour series are moments I'm not spending in the 11th century.

And the grocery store is out of diet A&W.
