ı would really like to have an hazmat suit to walk outside as exercise when curfew begins . Imagine , ı would be sweating in two seconds .

The Tyvek paper suits don't seem that bad. I used to run around in nuclear anti-contamination suits that were made out of canvas, and if we went somewhere that we might get wet we had a plastic one over it. Go in a hundred degree reactor compartment and just melt.

good idea, you lose weight so fast like that, but easier just buy a raincoat, cover your face and walk fast. You'll be drawn in sweat. But stay at home, there are lots of sweat and cardio at home if you know how. The least thing I wanna do right now is going out, except if it is duty call, I don't have any choice for that.

the thing about being fat and lazy is you get to wait for the summer to lose weight . Apart from that you won't get the brands here , and like you know , fission reactors are so Stone Age and wait , ı might be acting in a way to scare the country so off to jail or something , with mentioning hazmat suits . Bad times !

Aveeno lotion is what I use. It's got oatmeal in it and is very good for dry skin.

We bought this randomly at the supermarket. Wife thought it was to oily but you just use a tiny amount.

It's really good.

Burning the calories that you accumulated in 9 month for 3 month is not a good strategy. Make a simple and easiest things in accordance to your ability, but do it everyday, that's a much better plan. There are lots of way to accumulate calories in Turkey, those lots of bread and sweets, or that invitation to your friend and relative house where you gotta eat series of food or else you will let them down, you gotta lots of things to do in Turkey or else you going to be as big as a Zeppelin.

Yes, this is exactly what I use. You don't need a lot at a time unless you have a large surface area to cover. It works best if the skin is still a little damp when you apply it.

This has made the difference between being able to sleep and not sleep or type and not type, because this has been a cold, dry winter and it's dry inside my apartment.

We bought it because it was some if the last left on the shelf and it's a massive bottle.

Since we're washing our hands 19 times a day moisturizer is good.

Whar is a Tyvek?

protective clothing by the looks of it , but can't tell whether it is a type or brand .

we are cool with zepps , am working to be an aircraft carrier .

Rant: I've been washing my hands so much that they're starting to crack and pain. I tried putting lotion on it but it just made them greasy without actually helping.

Just buy a bunch of different ones and try what works best.
For a while I used glycerine based hand creams, and it worked really well, but then something changed and now they don't work anymore :dunno:.
It's trial and error.

Also sort of feels weird to me. If she doesn't like the texture but needs something heavy duty, could maybe look into a Wool Wax Creme. Not sure how much it costs, got it for the wife a Christmas a while back, it lasts for a while, doesn't feel oily in the same way.

Tyvek = a tough plastic that has paper and cloth like qualities
