THERE AREN'T MAPLE SYRUP WELLS??

My life is a lie.

This gives me hope that the superhero movie fad is finally running out of steam. I'm not a fan of almost all of them but of course no one is forcing me to watch them. What has annoyed me is that these movies tend to be expensive to produce and it seems as though so much money is spent on them that studios have avoided making a lot of other movies. I could be wrong, of course, I have no hard data. It just seems that the superhero movies have crowded out a lot of other potential offerings.

Amazon cancelled my beloved Mozart in the Jungle to focus on their billion dollar Lord of the Rings monstrosity.

:(

The maple syrup I've used is too thin, I like the thicker HFCS syrup. Heresy, I know. By the way, I also prefer turkey bacon.

What is this thing? I sometimes see it surface on the Internet, but nobody's been able to provide a satisfactory explanation.

It's bacon made from turkey, instead of from pork. :p That shouldn't be too confusing a topic.

The deli I go to has this stuff, turkey pastrami, which is actually very good, and I often get it for my lunch sandwiches.

Before four years ago I'd never had turkey. Trying it was a godsend. Of all meats, turkey gives me the least amount of digestive problems.

But if it's not made from pork it isn't bacon. It's as if you were specifying ‘cow beef’.

It's just branding. Pork bacon has the iconic strip-style and the method of cooking. Other meats can be cut the same way to emulate the same result.

Turkey is a "cold cut" but turkey bacon is made just like regular bacon, on a skillet, etc. and it's deliciously unhealthy for you.
