Yeah. I'm going to a Protestant school, so pretty much all of my teachers are Creationists, and I can live with that, because most of them are kind and respectful. But this lady picks favorites early on, and I'm probably going to drop to the botton. I'll need the CfC community more than ever to help me explain to her why she's wrong. It won't actually do anything, but I'll get to feel superior, and that's all that really matters in life, right?

It's seperation of church and state, not seperation of church and private education.

Hence why it is illegal in a state-owned and run educational facility, but not in a private school.

No, it's illegal for state run schools to teach creationism. It's still required for private institutions to teach a state mandated curriculum, they just then have the freedom to teach whatever else they want as well. They can't not teach evolution.
