I concur. I don't blame them so much for the power outage, they probably couldn't do anything about it. Possibly could've fixed it faster, but I doubt they weren't trying their hardest to fix it asap.

However, I do blame them when a not taking passengers train goes through the station exactly when the cancelled train was scheduled...

Well, I'm pretty sure on my math test there is a question that maybe 1 or 2 people might get right (out of 125). I guess it could be higher, but I really don't imagine people getting it. None of the problems we've ever discussed were really related to it, and I know my TA never covered anything close to it.

At any rate, I didn't come close.

Why do people post so much more in the Rants thread than in the Raves one? Are you all that depressive?

It's easier to be pessimistic than optimistic.

Case in point: When the market's in a downtrend, it falls 3x faster than it would rise in an uptrend, on average. Negativity is so much easier to tap into.

EDIT: Forgot to rant that the entire right-hand side of my body is sore for various different reasons. Worst of all is my hip, where I got kicked while playing indoor soccer.

Nonsense, Japan's earthquake is God's punishment. New Zealand's is punishment for bestiality. And the Australian floods are retribution for our leader's atheism, and our bushfires for our abortion laws.

Well god is obviously punishing them for not being christian. For that same reason Indonesia (and that whole area) had the 2004 earthquake. Haiti on the other hand was god punishing them for being poor.
