I wanted to have an MGS marathon - 1 right through to 4. It was only when I got to the end of 1 that I realised my MGS2 and MGS3 disks haven't been seen since my parents gave my PS2 away, because I "never played it anymore." They didn't seem to take into consideration it was hooked up to my TV at the time.
I fudged up my words again. I was trying to explain to someone how yesterday when I temporarily lost my hearing that it was as hard to concentrate as having loud noises right in my ear. But this is what I said:
"The temporary hearing loss was deafening."

Baseball practice beat me up today. First while I was playing catch a ball bounced off someone else's glove and hits my arm, and now that is swollen pretty badly.. And when we were doing BP the coach was pitching and hit me with the ball 3 times. >.<
I had such rough games of Basketball yesterday (with the teacher doing absolutely nothing) that my head got smashed by a basketball, hit against a solid brick wall, and generally battered pretty badly, and I was the only one on my team who didn't stop playing. Coincidentally, I also had massive headaches last night at about 1900 until I went to sleep.
"OH GOD THIS WILL SUCK! Sega always screws up!"
"Sega's pandering to the old school fans!"
"Nuh uh no they're not Sonic 4 sucked!"
"Yay the better Sonic is back!"
"No voice actors!"
"Ooo will Rouge be in it? :3"
"Ooo will minor character x be in it?"
"They better not include anyone but Sonic or I'll rage!"
"Oh is that Sonic's son?"
Dear God. I love this series but hate the fandom so hard. I can see why everyone leaves it, it's a steaming pile of crap. We all invent cool original characters and then hate on whoever Sega introduces and argue day and night over whether the games are good or not with about as much progress as a political debate.
Then we have these people comparing it to Bayonetta or Call of Duty or whatever the heck. Or saying "but it got bad reviews!"
Seriously, whatever happened to just playing a game and enjoying it instead of walking into each game looking for something to rant about?!
grrr registration is stressful. It's totally cool when you've checked the catalog and stuff religiously for the past week and then when you were getting ready to register for everything they change prereqs/what majors are allowed in that course on the catalog*
More grrr that after this semester I vowed to never again get a early morning class (it isnt too bad, right now its TR 8:35). But I'll pretty much have to do a MWF 8:00 AM class.
Le sigh. But I got the classes I wanted/times I wanted, except for really one*
*just a random humanities credit that I have to take eventually. So it can wait. Took an ethics course I have to take care of instead.
Well you need to train yourself, keep a dream joural by your bed and write in it as SOON as you get up. Dont move a muscle. You should also try lucid dreaming if that fits your fancy.
