Rant: Someone I'm related to (not really sure how, since I never really knew him well) was taken off life support yesterday. He had physical/mental health issues (he thought the CIA was out to get him, he tried to rob a bank with bow and arrow, and loved to wash his car with gasoline), but recently, he just collapsed. He was taken to the hospital, and was pronounced brain-dead soon after. Like I said, I never really knew him well, but it's still depressing.

For seven out of the past ten days, I've been having REM sleep dreams where I've been murdered in violent, gruesome manners. The only death-related dream that didn't involve me dying violently had my dad being struck by lightning and killed. The worst part about that dream was me having God powers, and yet being unable to prevent dad's death no matter how hard I tried.

Before the past ten days, I only died in my dreams once every few months.
