Discovered last night that there are several people (so it logically follows that there is a possiblity that there are more) who were equally disgusted by the photoshoot those people had...some went so far as to call them "narcissistic" and "douchebags." It actually annoyed a lot of people. So I'm not alone.

And I'm feeling much better about life today.

I was thinking of posting some pictures there, but haven't gotten around to it. I was going to post in the ordinary pictures thread, but that's fallen off the first page and I would have to dig around for some ordinary pictures to post.

I just don't take too many pictures.

Played LARP for the first time, just a couple of casual games with my dorm with a few improvised foam swords. Good fun, and I made a new friend during it.

Because I'm too cheap to buy new Magic cards, I just make proxies (that I stick in sleeves) and use those. I just finished up making proxies for a new deck and I am proud of them. The self-made art turned out well, and when I got bored doing art/couldn't think of anything good, I just wrote messages (some smutty, some relevant) on the card in the Daedric language from Morrowind (on a few cards I used the Dwemer language although that is harder to write in).

He is terminal, inoperable and that is a fact. I want to spend as much time with him before I head out west. I'm excited about being a part of making his final moments on earth worthy of the caring and work he brought to thousands in his 34 years of organizing.

I understand your confusion. I still have a headache from Friday's wedding, keeping up with a five year-old second cousin, drinking my weight in Cabernet Sauvingnon and dancing for two hours straight. So, I could have worded that better.
