And lo, the sun appeared after a week of rainy days, to give us good news:

Jesus's alive, yo!

Too bad; it's already approximately 1200 years far too late to convert them into the correct faith.

At this rate, only because they're opposing the bloody Catholics, we might actually accept the Protestants with all their weird hajinks and whatnot.

Yeah, sun's been out here the last couple weeks. It's awful!

That means Jesus loves you. :jesus:

Although, the fact you're living in California might explain both the major sun activity and the fact Jesus loves you.

Do you know, I never even noticed the thread number wasn't in Roman Numerals until just now?

Anyway that rant I had yesterday:

I got a nice hot sugary coffee all over my laptop this morning. I don't even have coffee normally, it's usually tea no sugar just in case of such an eventuality. Sigh.

I'm hoping it'll dry out and somehow fix itself, or, failing that, I'm hoping I'll be able to salvage the graphics card and i7 processor and the harddrive

Well it managed to fix itself overnight! It works perfectly apart from the touch-pad which broke because of my inexpert dismantling of my laptop

Oh, also, concerning the Greek numerals... Greek > Latin. So good choice there. :goodjob:
Georgian > Greek, because Greek isn't beautiful or esoteric enough. :smug:

Rave: A certain lady texted me to wish me a happy Easter! I love hearing from her. If only she weren't always so busy...

She's not too busy to text you. :groucho:

Georgian > Greek, because Greek isn't beautiful or esoteric enough. :smug:

Bah! Georgian is a corny version of Greek!

Actually I think ancient Egyptian would be best. Ancient Egyptian. Yeah, that's it.

^But they only used hieroglyphs.

Besides, they did not have cool (wax) tablets and pens:

Chocolate is delicious!

Indeed, that's what this thread is about. It is a joint rave, my good friend Dumanios!

Christos Anesti, indeed!

Heh, it's funny because we said things in the language we'd expect of the other. But anyhow, Alethos anesti! al-Masīḥ qām!

Also, a rant: I couldn't meet that certain lady today, since I was detained at a family Easter party. I hardly ever have chances to see her.

The good news is that she contacted me, wanting to see if I was free. And she's up for getting together sometime this week(end). Maybe I still have a shot with her! :D

I had a pretty crummy weekend, but that's not what this thread is for!

So I keep track of books I potentially want to read with an Amazon wishlist. It has a ton of stuff on it that I'll probably never get around to cleaning out, but whatever. I was searching for some recent election books, and came across Double Down on the 2012 election which is now out in paperback. When added to the wishlist to keep track of it, I saw that I had exactly 332 items.

Cue nerd-squee moment.

Done with school for a week!
