I didn't take any pictures. This was the view I had of the SpaceX pad though there wasn't any rocket on it.

A little down the way I saw the Atlas pad/tower but it also did not have a rocket on it.

Had a very good day at a boardgame convention with a few friends, and we played some very nice and diverse games .

EDIT: I think I liked Karuba best. Simple rules, medium complexity, short play time, short turn time, good for beginners.

Why finding a job with cat(s) in workplace is hard? In Japan it is popular to have cats there.

A friend of mine bought a used bookstore, and the terms of sale included that he had to continue to provide for the cat who lived in the bookstore. A few months later he told me that he realized what had happened was merely a change in management, the store was actually owned by the cat.

On the radio the DJ was talking about him making racist comments.

He's been making racist comments for years. Hard to imagine they suddenly up and fired him for that. Not that they shouldn't, just that they never have before.
