I suppose the concept of watching the number get bigger can be therapeutic like popping bubble wrap, but there is some complexity to Cookie Clicker now due to heavenly chips, the Grandmapocalypse, and I think Orteil added a couple other things since I last played. Some is intuitive and straightforward, other stuff requires min-maxing and strategy.

It started the clicker/idle craze, alongside A Dark Room and Sandcastle Builder.

My bike has been broken for a few weeks and it's taken a toll on my mood but last night I remembered there are bike rentals in my building that are free for the first four hours which solves that issue for me. Going to go for a long ride today.
