I think I broke the survey I was supposed to be taking.

It was asking me about my usage of popular apps on my phone but I could only click "I don't use this app..." on most of them. A few questions later it asked me my opinions on "Click to write Statement 1" where I'm pretty sure it was supposed to autofill with one of the app names.
