Gotta try this, the deep fried Potatos and Egg plant are probably what elevates this dish from a simple potato bake to 2nd place for Greece
Right this morning had weird dream - I was in Mexico (never been there, not even other side of big Atlantic pond) with bunch of university time "colleges" (classmates from different times) and I remember clearly how I said "oh, nice, we are 150 km N from North Tropics line" - some opened map in phone and yeah, it was correct (in dream). After waking up I open Atlas and that location was actually ~150 km from North Tropics. Aaaaand I haven't checked that area of map for long long time (I was geo-nerd before but not for last couple couple years).

Former President ('94-'00) of Finland, Martti Ahtisaari, died on Monday and in practical terms this means an end of an era as he was the last person to hold a major political office who was born in part of Finland lost to Russia in the aftermath of one of their former peace jamborees starting '39. In all likelihood he will also stay the last unless the Russians think that we, too have massive nazi infestation somewhere.
One of our former Chief of Defence was also born in Viipuri but the office isn't political as such.
