Ideally what type of "ask a" threads would you like to see? Don't limit yourself to the types of people you imagine being on CFC.

I'd be curious to see an "Ask a published author" thread (I'm sure there are at least a few lurking). An "ask a parent" would be interesting (I don't feel at all qualified to start such a thread though as I only have one kid & she's only three).

"Ask a psychologist" might be interesting too. "Ask a late bloomer" would be nice (not someone who grew pubes at 15 but someone who didn't get their **** together, so to speak, until later in life.

Ask a visual artist, including artists who dabble into Machenima work?

We have Ask a Catholic and Ask an Evangelical, and heck, even "Ask A Mormon." I think someone should start "Ask an Orthodox" at some point so all the major Christian groups were represented.

A restoration of "Ask a Muslim" would be cool as well.

My stepmother said when she was in a college in a sociology class the teacher brought a prostitute to the class and they could ask her anything and it was fascinating. The only detail I remember is she said the woman told them there was one customer who just wanted her to do stuff to him with a glass bottle. That would be pretty cool but wouldn't go over too well on this site and where would we find one to post here anyway.

Ask a woman who dates nice guys, and the question would be, how to find you out of the flock of billions of women who don't.

Lol, Ask a Girl: Boundless Edition could have answered that for you ;)

I think "ask a transman" was one of the better ones we've had. That guy registered on the site just to start that thread, and it turned out really well. Most of the interesting ones are identity-based in nature and ones we both are ignorant about but still already have opinions on.

I don't think many of you would be interested in "ask a DJ" :p

I'd like to see "ask a (professional) chef". "Ask a parent" would be cool, too. (And maybe the OP could list the ages of each parent's kids? As a parent of a toddler and ask a parent of a teenager must be pretty different.) Maybe "ask a lawyer". I would love "ask a veterinarian".

Will you be streaming your music live?

Ask free translation. That's usually a laugh. Type the question and the answer into free translation and the results are invariably funny :p
