I'd like to see less (like, zero) vague, not-really-ask-threads like "Ask a [Religious Believer or Non-Believer]" and more threads that focus on a specific area, like "Ask a Theologian" or "Ask an Intensivist." You know, by people who actually have the education and experience to answer those questions, rather than the "ask a" thread started by a novice and basically turning into an ongoing debate about X topic (like a religious denomination).
"Ask an Economist" could go a long way toward educating CFC-OT as to basic economic concepts, since so few actually understand those concepts but bandy them about daily. "Ask an Attorney" would be another potentially interesting thread, since law is another area that many people are unfamiliar with.
Again, I'd love these things to have a few requirements - like actual expertise in a field or area of study - to start and maintain. If you want to start an "Ask" thread about Judaism, for example, I think you ought to be a well-read expert on the faith, rather than just a teenager who happened to go to cheider for a few years.
