Henry VIII 17
Huayna Capac 25
João II 24
Julius Caesar 14-3=11 = It's not that I don't like him, BUT Trajan is one of the best leader choices for rome, AND there is plenty of other leaders, like Augustus, Hadrian, Marcus Aurelius... I actually don't know how he would be visually different to in game Trajan.
Justinian I 18
Louis XIV 28
Mansa Musa 29+1=30 - Mansa Musa can into 30 club first :D But anyways, he's well known, and why not to add the richest man in history?

Hammurabi 24
Hannibal Barca 21
Hatshepsut 15
Henry VIII 17
Huayna Capac 22 (25-3) Having just finished a book about the Inca, because I was interested why so many people seem fascinated by them (they somehow beat the Maya in the Elimination game!), I reconsider my opinion of this guy. He's actually not that great an option. I'd rather have his father Tupaq Inka Yupanki or Pachakutiq again. And on a side note, I'd wish civ would update their writing of Inca ruler names and city names to what seems to be the standard writing nowadays. Would results in Wayna Qhapaq for this guy.
João II 24
Julius Caesar 11
Justinian I 18
Louis XIV 28
Mansa Musa 30
Mehmed II 22 (21+1) One of the best options for the Ottomans.

Abraham Lincoln 16
Ashoka 29
Brennus 10
Canute/Cnut the Great 21 (20 + 1) - a Viking leader who conquers, but otherwise doesn't act much like a viking. A very good 'alternative' to the typical Viking-era Scandinavian leader.
Charlemagne 18
Churchill 18
Cunobelin 8
Franklin D. Roosevelt 5
Frederick the Great 25
Hammurabi 24
Hannibal Barca 21

Justinian I 18
Louis XIV 28
Mansa Musa 30
Mehmed II 22
Mursilis 15
Osman 11
Ragnar Lodbrok 6 (9 - 3) - a viking who acts just like a viking, and there are better alternatives: Rolf the Ganger, Svein Forkbeard, even the current Harald...

Suryavarman II 24
Tokugawa Ieyasu 21
Wang Kon 11

Cunobelin (8-3)=5 Again, he's not that great of a choice for a Celtic leader from the Britons. I rather they use a Gallic leader this time.
Franklin D. Roosevelt 5
Frederick the Great 25
Hammurabi 24
Hannibal Barca 21
Hatshepsut (15+1)=16 Two female leaders for Egypt might seem a bit much, but I think Hatshepsut would look visually different from Cleo. It's a shame she was chosen instead.

Henry VIII 17+1=18 - Zaarin mentioned he would like medieval English ruler. Would Henry VIII be enough?
Huayna Capac 22
João II 24
Julius Caesar 11-3=8 - No need for him. Trajan is good, and we have many other choices.

@Kimiimaro I'm a little more partial to Edward I Longshanks, Henry II, or Henry V, and if we're going to have a Tudor I want Elizabeth I back...but Henry VIII would be acceptable. ;)

Justinian I 12 (15 - 3) -- I still want a Komnenos.
Louis XIV 31 (30 + 1) -- Siptah is correct: animated leader screens were invented specifically for Louis XIV. ;)

Abraham Lincoln 16
Ashoka 31
Brennus 11
Canute/Cnut the Great 21
Charlemagne 12 (15 - 3) - 'Cause he just doesn't fit into Civ VI. He's either the leader of the Holy Roman Empire, which is not likely with Fred the Red as a German leader, or he's an early leader for France or Germany, which is a little like having Trajan be the leader of modern Italy - doesn't fit.
Churchill 15
Cunobelin 5
Franklin D. Roosevelt 5
Frederick the Great 25
Hammurabi 24
Hannibal Barca 22
Hatshepsut 16

Ashoka 31
Brennus 11
Canute/Cnut the Great 21
Charlemagne 12
Churchill 16
Cunobelin 5
Franklin D. Roosevelt 5 - 3 = 2 - We already have a Roosevelt in the game, who is also from the first half of the 20th century
Frederick the Great 25
Hammurabi 24 + 1 = 25 - If they bring Babylon back, I'd rather see him for so many reasons: nostalgia is one, with him being one of the original Civ leaders

Canute/Cnut the Great 22 (21 + 1) -- A point for the Viking who built an empire instead of just pillaging and sacking.
Charlemagne 12
Churchill 16
Cunobelin 5
Frederick the Great 25
Hammurabi 23 (26 - 3) -- While Hammurabi himself was an individual of extraordinary significance, I'd prefer to see a Neo-Babylonian emperor, when Babylon was more significant. My top choice would be Nabopolassar, but I'm fine with Neby returning.
