I'm 34 and a CPA in Alabama. Don't post much but I've really enjoyed this forum. I got into the game with Civ II, took a break on CIV III ( burnout from too many late nights) and picked it up again with Civ IV.
Im 15 and in training to become a Comercial Pilot, although at the moment I can only go for a PPL (Private Pilots Licence) also doing Year 13 (last year of school) Calculus and Physics
I am a bit suprised that people older than me still play civ4
Holy thread revival! Well since it's here anyway and it was posted before my time:
I recently (august) made it into the 25 age bracket. I'm an MBA student graduating next may...I also work part time at the same university...I'm applying to doctoral programs and will take a crack at CMA (certified managerial accountant) certification next summer.
Civ seems to draw top-notch RL talent, now that I'm reading back on these some .
Edit: Started Civ II and I was pretty young. I never seriously got into civ until this past January (a lot of "worldbuilder"'s equivalent and chieftain as a youngin' for me...no civ prodigy in this post!), and even now it feels like I've got some catching up to do to be able to hold firm @ deity!
Well, actually I'm at home since Juli 31, for a couple more months at least, recovering from a bad horse accident and following surgery (still more to do) on my right elbow.
Missed a possible 6 months mission in Lebanon (wasn't sure anyway) and I have to delay my 3-years marshal course (wich is roughly equivalent to a US Warrant Officer I). And that was for sure.
That's what I get for liking horses so much. Oh well, at least I have some free time to play Civ , wich I started playing years ago with Civ 2.
