yea, we have 2 gold now. I could have skipped one mids chop and got started on the winery road next turn. Probably wine T50, but I decided that I could do the chop and get wine T51, like you said, with the help of the 2-3 workers that are chopping T48.
 


We've got some teleporting to do. On T46, it depends on the order we gift away NY and Chong. We have 2 goals: get units to Tokyo, but also recapture Chong immediately, T47. Can't let it out of revolt. If things go as planned, we will have a unit in NY with no movement and 1 unit NE with no movement.

There is also some teleporting in the future for the Japan area. Start thinking about clever options. It will be easier later today when we know what T46 looks like.

And while were on this map, I've been thinking about the bomber plan (again). So far, we've attacked 0% and 20% cities with 2 defenders (strike, strike), but now we have 2 capitals at 40% with possibly 4-5 defenders.
So, what if I just focus on Tokyo while I'm down here (instead of rebase to Istanbul and back here again)

we have 3 galleys and units coming from all directions, some need healing, some need roads. How to get them there as early as possible for T50 capture. Our far west boat was coming in for T50 dropoff, T51 capture. Maybe we can capture without him.

This delays Moscow several turns, but were we going to be able to get Moscow T49 or T50 with only 2 strikes and limited army? Probably not.

plan above also give the bomber the option of striking a unit approaching Indodesia.

Tsing HA, at Chong-2E, can make it to NY for T46 capture so we have the super-safe version of 4 attackers. We were fortunate the rivers didn't block us. When it was born, I was sending it to Moscow, but NY is good use of it, especially if we can also get it to Tokyo on time.
 
Last chance to do the GoldCity cows with no worker turn waste. I've looked at every horse unit and they are all fine with the roads coming in 2t later. It works out perfectly with no delay to Moscow. Wheat is delayed 1t. Metal connection to Xian is delayed, but I'll just make a warrior MP for Moscow.

settler in Mumbai with the lb and Redcoat. A new city probably means 2 more redcoats being built. Hopefully they'll be slow to come out with his workers doing lumbermills instead of chopping. And chops are only 20h
 
Redcoats will cost Churchill less than 60 hammers. We might need to gift him COL and get him out of Slavery, when the time comes. We'll also need to think in terms of not killing him off but rather getting him to vassal to us. Or even shift back to another VC.

Our situation is described in the report above. How to shuffle the units?

I'm thinking:
galley picks up HA and worker inside Indonesia T46.
sail the last movement point 1NE.

Next turn, 47, worker jumps out NE (the eastern-most forest)
Archer jumps on board galley.
We gift the city to Toku (for war success), and galley teleports-1E
We sail-W and capture the city with HA.
Galley stays at Indonesia-N to unload archer next turn.

Or, switch the archer and HA above. That way, the archer captures the city and the HA could jump out SW onto the desert tile (assuming it's unoccupied)

T48 galley can load up 2 units from HK, unload at Tokyo T49 and load to more also on T49

meanwhile, The galley that just captured the worker...
could stay put and teleport 1E to pick up units near silkcity :think: or go to Gua for the sword, choko, etc.
 
NewYork thoughts

Normally, when I get my 1-mover in position the exact same time as my HAs, I always attack with the sword without much thought.
However, in this case, I'm going to try not to use it, so it can teleport and move to Tokyo, uninjured.

Or, just give up on it and move the HAs to Tokyo. They'll be faster.
