I got this Python error when opening Victory Conditions - Settings on the first turn of a new game on GEM. Also it does not list any gameoptions there.

In both cases if you had attached the PythonErr.log from that session I would have been able to track the error down better. Note that is not PythonErr2.log which wont help in this case.

Has anyone else have this happen to him/her recently, ALL and i mean ALL of my "options" are GONE:mad::crazyeye::sad:

Not even the default ones are there??????? I just noticed when i took over a city and there was no assimilation for that civ?

Now when i load that same game its SAYS i have the options (pic2) but then poof as soon as the game is IN-PLAY, GONE:crazyeye:

Probably I did something wrong when I merged the BUG 4.4 and C2C victory condition python.

Band of Homo Sapiens is buildable, when you have unlimited national units option turned on.

I think its fixable by setting cost of earliest settlers to -1. (<iCost>-1</iCost>)
XML shows: <iCost>5</iCost>
 
Description of early withdrawal on stone throwers states "Starts withdraw at 80% HP lost". But they often withdraw with almost full HP, why? Just now stone thrower flew combat with viper with 0.9 strength.

Maybe it is the other way around and withdraw start at 80% HP _remained_? But in any case it was 89 hp.

It's the wording that's in error. I've known about it but I need to catch a moment to fix it. They will begin withdrawing once reduced to 80% or less HP. Thus once they've lost 20% or more.
 
So I have a stack of 1 great General 5 Archers 5 obsidian swordsman and 5 Elphant Riders. I got up to attack a Barbarian horseman with a 95% chance of winning. So I attack the barbarian as a stack and for some reason my archer is the one who attacks and he gets killed, thinking I was just unlucky I attack again and my archer gets destroyed again. so I unselect all my archers and attack with my swordsman and win the battle. So my question is why in a stack does my weakest unit attack first but the combat odds show what would happen if my strongest unit attacked.

Post a save which repeats it + detailed instruction (which stack, what options you hav set in areas like stack attack and so on) and I'll look into it.
 
I've had it on since you changed it to 8,15. I have the game on now for 3 minutes still no change?? Cant see anything?? Well only 1 tile that is.

If you turn it off and then back on again does that make any difference? Also are you playing windowed or full screen? (I didn't test it full screen I must admit)
 
On/off didnt matter, and i always play on FULL screen. (aha actually dont know how to make it windowed when playing that is:blush:

Hmm. Works ok full screen for me too, so it isn't that. Can yo play around with your graphic options (texture details, resolution, whatever you can think to try), and see if any of them make a difference - so far I haven;t found a setting that isn't working.

Oh, and another thing - can you start task manager and find out how much memory Civ is using for you - if its over the threshold it tries to reduce memory to even before it can display anything maybe that is causing an issue (though I did test that case, artificially at least)

EDIT: But i did notice that ONLY 1 unit shows up , ie: Warlord Cdr should be 3, and buffalo no worker is attached??

That's not new. We've only shown the top unit in a stack for some time (again to save on memory, but that's not something I have changed recently)
