Single Player bugs and crashes - After the 24th of February 2014

I have built Hammurabi Stele of Laws (free courthouse in every city), and have mesopotamism as state religion and have researched City Planning and Code of Laws. But i am unable to build Forbidden Palace - it says i have 0/9 courthouses, even they are showing in buildings list in city screen, and i can build all courthouse related buildings (river authority, stocks etc.). And i can't build another courthouse since it's already in the city.

Can provide savegame if needed.

My wife has seen the Monk bug. She was playing Egypt on Medium Graphics if that helps.
 
On rev 7698 the Eje Song which is supposed to give a free wind horse promotion to mounted units does not work (I have not tested this with Tengriism as a state religion). The Eje Song can be built without having Tengriism as the state religion so the promotion requiring that if it does would make no sense.

Checked this bug on these setting (egyptian monk in medium graphics settings) and everything looks ok.

Archers (I've tried with longbows & bellybows so far) can still archer bombard and can't ranged bombard, but they have no accuracy, so archer bombard is now broken exactly the way ranged bombard was before...
 
Yeah sure...

More than likely the monks are in the "sitting" position(sparth), is why the black there, not standing as normal, and the pink is there because of the modifications of the graphics that are inplace, its either that or back to longer turn times. . .

I'll try to figure out both of these over the weekend if I can catch enough time after sorting out another major issue I've found here.

It's supposed to work for the Promotion If you either have the religion Tengrii in that city, Or if you have it as a State religion. If you do not have a single city with Tengrii then you should Not be able to build either Eje song or the King's song. If you can then Tengrii Religion has been broken either thru Promotions or Religion Prereqs.

Thanks... give me some time to look into it further... looks like it's not taking a count of all the courthouses so much as the count of courthouses BUILT since it becomes available which is... interesting.

Also, on same game workers keep building over and over stone tools workshops and mines over same tiles. I tried turning off stone tools workshops in automations, but when i open menu again it is checked again.

I've got that solved but before I can commit my solution to that and a few other things I've gotta figure out how some tags are loading wrong and I'm a bit stuck on that.
 
Capture the Flag building should require Playing fields OR it's replacement Athletic fields - if you discovered athletics, and havent built playing fields you cant build capture the flag

If you have a save that shows them being unable to Ranged Assault I'd like to see that. You're right about the archer bombard - strongly suggest against using that option anyhow. The Ranged Assault uses the same but the Archer Bombard may be referring only to the unit's accuracy so that can be fixed to refer to the unit's total accuracy. (Edit: just checked and it does.)

Are you using the latest svn? I know - stupid question as you probably are. But I'm seeing Archers ranged bombarding left and right here and having about a coin-toss odds in hitting.

Yeah, apparently multithreading processes were built into this count. It may have only ever really taken a count of the buildings built and since it's now programmed light years over my head I have no choice but to leave this alone. (A recalc MAY work to recalculate an accurate count for this value.) I'm just hoping that a recalc isn't what resets this incorrectly. And that it might mean that other tags aren't properly being processed in and out as buildings are built so we'll be keeping our eyes open for other potential issues there.

7679 should've allowed units to get around this requirement if a building is giving these so it's a good point. Unless you're playing with Religious Disabling which would have that building mostly shut down.

I might need a save to evaluate this further if it's still an issue. (It's the martial arts promos from dojos that got me to want to alter this behavior in the first place.)

It was SVN7700. There was no ranged assault button, otherwise I would have used it.

Yeah sorry - my mistake I guess. I was targeting a HN ship in friendly waters (adjacent to my city), so it's a special case. That never worked with the old archer bombard, so it's asking a lot for it to work with either system now.

On the other hand, it allowed me to select the unit for targeting (which it didn't used to) - it just didn't allow me to hit it. Can archers please keep their archer bombard accuracy for situations like this? Seems like all the hard work to make this happen has already been done...

Also, I find my HNs can ranged assault inside my borders, but not inside anyone else's (when not at war of course). Can that be fixed?

Interestingly, I had a case where they could even RA target the tile they were on...
