{ OOC: I apologize in advance if today's midnight update will be an hour or so delayed. I have some things I need to do, and may not be back on the computer until some two hours from now. }
After nearly forty-eight hours of constant partying, many in the audience picked the aftermaths of the intense lava pit battle as a chance to get some well-needed sleep, but enough stayed awake to ensure that the festivities would not pause entirely. A particular favorite pastime of those staying awake was to make silly jokes about the apparent Elohim ineptitude in battle ("Why did the Elohim cross the road? That's just where he landed when I kicked him in the...").
It would seem that most of the contestants grabbed some from the sleeping same plate, for not much happened on the betting front either. Another fun way to pass the time among the crowd was to bet on who would lay the largest bet (the Druid didn't give very high odds), and on whom. So far it seemed the Minotaur had the ear of most contestants, at least if betting odds were to be trusted. Almost halfway through the night the odds had been close to 5:1, but had marginally normalized after the Shaman's midnight vote.
{ OOC: The above odds include Ekolite's bet, which I penned down as 150 gold total on the Minotaur, not 50+150. If you wanted it to be 200, do tell me. }
