Snakes & Foxes 3: The ****oo's Nest (Game Thread)

Simple. Supporting the druid was the best way to try to get the Assassin as one of the top two candidates (he was a close third at the time), and thus potentially get me points if he lost (I started the bandwagon against him).
One minor correction. Supporting the Knight would've been the optimal course of action for you to have taken. Supporting the Druid could not have helped your cause in the slightest.

No. The Druid had taken an early lead, but Assassin+Knight were getting lots of votes, and catching up. I judged that I was more likely to get the druid off than the knight. Hence my vote

So it came down to flawed judgement, eh? I can live with that...

Well, it didn't work, so I guess you could call it flawed judgement.

Wind you neck in Lunnotar - before it's chopped off.

I have no idea why he supported me, perhaps he is the only hounrable fighter among us, certainly i'll not waste my bets on a dead shaman.

"Ah, I'm afraid you can't do that, Druid. You see, I just fought, so it'd be against the rules for me to kill you now. I also find it odd that you seem to agree with the Mark that I ought to die.

"Anyway, the Illusionist's explanation is a fine one, but I don't like the Druid's snap reaction. I'm changing my vote to Druid vs. Sculptor."

Yes, the Illusionist's plan does make some sense...though he shoulda followed me and voted in the Assassin and supported the Knight. Even at the end you could see clearly that the Druid was going into combat and the Assassin and Knight were tied. His explination doesn't ease my suspicions but I personally believe the Druid to be innocent so perhaps the Illusionist was merely trying to gain favor in the Druid's eyes?
I am not certain but I will leave it as a "mistake" commonly made by you mortals.

Now, I wanna see the Prior fight the Ritualist. Perhaps this battle between faiths with prove amusing.

The Minotaur looks forward to the oncoming battle, the shaman will taste defeat this evening.

100 Gold on the Minotaur! I didn't get to bet on you last time my friend but I believe that the result of this battle will be the same. May you Axe singthe song of victory in that Shaman's skull! :mwaha::yumyum:

40 on the minoraur :mwaha:

Midday, Day 4

Surprising no one, the fifth day followed a similar pattern as its predecessors, with a flurry of votes left and right but only a handful bets. The larger bets were on the Minotaur this time, having impressed everyone with his valiant performance against the Centaur previously, but the difference was not as massive as some previous days. The large beast didn't spare anyone a second glance when he strode with the officials into isolation, while his opponent gibbered on about how the spirits portended his imminent victory as he scurried along.

On the voting side, twenty-one contestants had cast votes for sixteen different opponents, a majority of those that were eligible to receive votes. The Sculptor had drawn the attention of most so far, narrowly edging out the Courtesan for first place, but the gap was not large down to those following either.

The Courtesan was in her room for a long time, hungry for pleasure and resorting to drastic measures to get it.

When she hears what the people are saying about her, she finally makes her accusations.

I'll support my pretty self because I'm innocent.

The Lizardman seems to be pretty funky to me.

20 gold on the Minotaur. He won once, he'll win twice!

And have the Sculptor fight the Eidolon. Haven't heard of the Sculptor lately, and the Eidolon seems to be a bit confused with his votes...
