Sioux to the nations of USSA and New Canada :

We propose a three way alliance. We do not ask you to partake in our present war, but the alliance would have us come to each other's defense at all times in the future. The need for us to stand together is obvious.

Bilateral Talks Begin in Mumbai, Anuadhapura & Caluula Hopeful

MUMBAI, 16 June -- Further rounds of bilateral talks between Battahria and Sinhala began Wednesday as Chancellor Tharupium met President Banda of Battahria in a resort on the isle of Salsette, just outside of Mumbai, off the West coast of the mainland.

The agenda for this round of talks includes, but is not limited to -- aide, trade relations, sovereignty and the integration of the Commonwealth navies.

President Banda expressed hope for continued close relations between the fledgling African republic and her mother nation. Simultaneously, the independence movement in Battahria, while still quite small, is becoming more and more vocal.

To: Battahria
From: Sinhala

Sinhala is committed to the development of Battahria, and we will work to meet this end.

To: Ozeania
From: Sinhala

We would be willing to negotiate membership into the Asian Alliance, however, it must be taken into account that there have been... difficulties between Vietnam and Sinhala, and we would like to make that clear, but it should not impede our bid.

To: Vietnam
From: Sinhala

We intend to bid for membership into the Asian Alliance. We trust you do not have any problems with this.

To: Sumer
From: Sinhala

This is agreeable.

To: Arabia
From: Sinhala

We are quite willing to offer compensation for the return of the Maldives and Seychelles. The very least we ask is for the self determination of these territories.

To: Egypt
From: Sinhala

A limited defensive pact between our nations, Battahria included, is agreeable. Battahria also intends to bid for membership into the ACE, with that, Sinhala requests a non-voting, observer seat on the council.

From Vietnam
To Sinhala

We do have a problem. The past rapors of our people will find no friends in Vietnam. We will do all that we can to block the membership of Sinhala.

To Ozeania

We cannot be allied to the raping and imperialist Sinhalese. We urge you to void their membership bid and forget about any alliance with the Anuradhapura and Saigon at the same time. I am sure the Chinese will support us in this.

From Arabia
To Sinhala

We will offer self determination of Maldives if you in turn finance industrial growth within Arabia (give us an economy).

Ah.. go away for a day, and all sorts of interesting things happen. ah well.
as for who I will play. hmm

Madagascar
Ruler:
Government: Democracy
Economy: Failing
Army: 200,000, Poorly Trained, Industrial Age
Navy: 5 ships, Poorly trained, Industrial Age
Age : Industrial Age
Education: Bad
Religion: Polytheism
Culture: Medium
Confidence in Leader: Good

as for the Leader.. Sir Trelin, Former General of the Madagascar army. the government shall remain a Democracy. (or so it shall appear. in truth, Sir Trelin will have staged a limited Military coup. deatails in a second.)

UU: Elites: Top of the Line in Equipment, training, and lack of Ethics. Lead buy the Seven Fires (one of which has ben confirmed as Sir Trelin himself), they are divided into 7 divisions of 7000 men. each division is unique in their specialty, and their equipment has been Aquierd from all over the world (often Stolen). these troops are the peak of Lethality, the peak of Terror. They Are the Elites.
(Truth: they are infact Big Fire. an international crimminal orginization. as such, their actions can not officialy be tied to Madagascar. though since they are based in Madagascar, their actions will inderectly affect it.)

----
Sir Trelin was a small man, standing only 4'5" tall. few would guess that his slime, lean build could bench press 600 pounds easily, almost six times his weight. "Senator Chamlin, you like to garden, right?"

"Yes, But I can't see what that has to do whit this... this Outrageous behavior General! how dare you barge into this meeting!"

"Kirin!" and so the 15 other Senators were quite suprised when Sir Trelin half imbedded a shovel his servant kirin just handed him into Senator Chamlin's skull with a one handed swing. "get somebody up here to clean up the mess, and make sure the senator is found in the garden. oh, and be sure a few of his vices are found on him."

"what in the World!"

"Quiet Senator Micheal. Senator Chamlin was a know problem. He had a very bad problem with Opium and was taking several bribes. I just delt with him here, to get your attention people. I am takeing control of this nation. I have already ensured, like I did this term, that I will get elected for many, many terms to come. If you try to reveal this to the world at large, I will take measures. be sure of that. I will Ensure that this country prospers, and other then my own election, that it remains a democracy. for it would do well for my plans otherwise. but I will need control of certain resources, and I will need some laws passed. so I will require your asictance. but except for those matters, All shall be as if I was normally Elected."

and with that, he left the stunned senators and walked out of the room. "I'll meet the next group in 40 minutes. I belive Senator Wilson will searve as the good example. he has been accepting the bribes of some industrialist, so spike his coffee with Halo5 and a hearty dose of sulfides in his second cup. oh, and be sure to leave some unsharpened pencils on the table."

"At once Sire. Hail Big Fire."

To Ozeania
From Madagascar
We wish for good Ties to Exsist to between our nations. and to that extent, I would wish to establish a trade route between us.

To Eygpt
From Madagascar
why do you refer to us like we are a part of Ozeania?

To: Vietnam
From: Sinhala

Your opposition to Sinhalese involvement in Asia will not stand in our way. The war was ended on your terms, a war which you entered under your own volition, defending the imperialist British and their exploitative holdings in Southeast Asia. Neither Vietnamese brutality in the war, nor the waves of refugees from occupied territories which speak of Vietnamese tyranny are easily forgotten, but we are willing to coöperate in the name of a stronger Asia.

To: Ozeania
From: Sinhala

We understand that the Vietnamese are actively working against the Sinhalese bid for participation in the Asian Alliance. We are more than willing to address any concerns you may have. Vietnamese concerns are baseless, and Sinhala has not lashed out against a sovereign Asian power in centuries.

Sinhala has, however, worked towards unifying and strengthening Asia against imperialists, but some Asian nations bent against this noble goal have sought to defend the imperial stranglehold over Southeast Asia.

To MAdgascar
From Egypt

We do not do such a thing, we would also like to offer you membership to ACE

To Sahara
From Egypt

We are currently in negotiations with our largest corporations to arrest the inflation in our nation. We will however assure you that as ACE continues to grow we can integrate our economic well being. I also encourage you to make more substantial trading routes with other ACE members.

To Sinhala
From Egypt

We would gladly welcome Bathria to ACE however as an ACE member it must open up a trade route at the earliest possible convience with Egypt and other ACE members. Sinhala is welcome to send an observer to ACE meetings but it will not be offered membership at this point.

To Eygpt
Hmm.. must me a misinformation on our end. sorry about that.
We gladly accept the Inventation. may all nations of Africa prosper under the ACE.. and as such, we shall open our first trade route with you, instead of Ozeania, if you want.

To Ozeania
Due to ecinomic flucuations, we must recend our offer of a traderoute for now, though we would like to establish one with you at a later date.

To: Egypt
From: Sinhala

We do not expect membership of any sort, just observer status.

It is perfectly agreeable, apart from the name. How about the La Manche Pact or something like that?

To France
From Egypt

The decided re-allying of Britian and France will not bode well for our relations.

Perhaps. But it is not in any way against the treaty's letter, and, with all due respect, we would rather remain loyal to our old friends rather than cynically betray them for the sake of new ones.

To Sinhala
From Pacifica

We actively note you have forgotten to mention us within your diplomacy. We hope that is a simple mistake on your part as we too are part of the Asian Alliance.

to Pacifica:
We stand ready to offer help with your rebels if need be, however we also stand ready to deal with the problem ourselves if it becomes a threat to Chinese territorial soverignty.
