Terra IOT: Roll to Rule

With the threat of atomic warfare, the NCR have decided to set aside an anti-ballistic missile and anti-nuclear defensive network known as SDI (Strategic Defensive Initiative). The State Department hopes to maintain piece with the Enclave and avoid any wars from flaring up.

In the homefront, stories of precious metals have circled around the prospectors within NCR and headed to Nevada to strike it rich in the mountains of Nevada. NCR soldiers, consisting of soldiers wearing T-60 power armor and armored divisions consisting of tanks head to Texas to expand the borders of the NCR.

Ahem

So something I thought of after the fact. Every turn the map will be updated to also show the modifiers everyone has vs provinces, so I took the time to do that for this turn. Hopefully this will help you when deciding what to do.

Please note that some of these modifiers are permanent while others are temporary, if they are permanent, they will not mention when they will go away in the update, if they are temporary the update will say how long, please keep that in mind :)

Hey, so Nuka was asking about updates, for now I'm planning on keeping this once a week, hopefully updating every friday, I worry about pushing anyone, including myself, for orders any faster just because I know everyone is busy, but what does everyone think of me trying to do a wednesday/saturday update schedule or is that just too fast for everyone?

Speaking of, update is scheduled to come on Friday, please get your orders in :) once rolls are calculated orders will be locked
 
As a veteran R2D chaperon, this game should not need that much prep time, much less order locks. :p I'd dare at least three-a-week myself...

P.S.: If people start PMing, you're Abaddon doin it rong. :mischief:
