I've had some great conversations on it, once talked to a 50 yr old guy from Italia who told me interesting things about his family and his culture. One odd thing that stuck with me - he said Italians wish the world would recognize them for their coffee rather than their cuisine. And I thanked him profusely for their coffee. (I had to try and explain what drip-brewing is in the usual American coffee. He was horrified.)
I'm about to go all shock n' awe on my own sobriety starting tomorrow at about 3pm. I won't even know what hit me. One minute sober, the next four days... so inebriated as to be invisible and/or time-traveling. I might even reacquaint myself with Lucy, it's been years since we hung out.
I registered for my classes at University! I'm taking a paired Philosophy and Theology with Spanish and Math. So yeah. For once in my life I am taking no history, politics, or economics classes for an entire trimester/semester. Ajidica is sad that there aren't more hours in a day to fit in some really nice looking English (Literature and Revolutions) and History (The World since 1900) courses.
