Spicy oil, mozzarella, capocollo ham, portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, goat cheese, gorgonzola, fresh tomatoes, and rosemary.

No added tomato sauce. Plenty spicy.

One of the tastiest I've had was a 'Canadian' pizza from a place back home, with pepperoni, bacon, and mushrooms. Roast chicken, red pepper, onion, and garlic also works well.

I'm also more for meaty toppings on my pizza's, so ham, bacon, chicken and sausages are a must. I don't mind onions on it, but I'm not a fan of vegetable toppings.

I used to really like Pineapples, Canadian Bacon, and Olives. Still enjoy it, but on one else in my family likes olives.

Now I generally go with a meat lovers type, but extra pepperoni is good too.

Pizza Pazza, it's basically Hawaian with Curry.
and Mexican style: beef and corn, little bit hot. Perfect.

But of course, these are not at all Italian. A Prosciutto or a Margarita a l'Italiano can be better than those two combined
