Do people's avatars influence the way you perceive them?
Yes. I tend to be kinder on people whose avatars I sort of approve of.
I put anyone with an overly annoying avatar (or username or signature) on my ignore list.

In my town, people want to move the library to another building (despite the building being fairly new and in good shape, which I don't understand why they would want to spend money moving it). But then someone from another town wrote a letter to the editor saying when they move it they should dismantle the building (which I think is concrete or sandstone or something) and move it to their town (which I think their library is literally FALLING DOWN, which makes my towns decision seem even weirder).
Question is, is it possible to dismantle a sandstone/concrete building and reassemble it in another place?
Well around town, every few weeks you can see a truck driving slowwwwwwwwwwwwlyyyy down some street with a house on the back.
Is your library about the same size as those?
Nah your whole image isn't too serious IMO.
I'm not serious at all, and if you want a serious conversation I'm not the one to have it with

Why does "natural" peanut butter have oil at the top and needs to be stirred?
