I put anyone with an overly annoying avatar (or username or signature) on my ignore list.

Wow, harsh. If I did that, no more anime and pony avatars... and half the forum would vanish.

In my town, people want to move the library to another building (despite the building being fairly new and in good shape, which I don't understand why they would want to spend money moving it). But then someone from another town wrote a letter to the editor saying when they move it they should dismantle the building (which I think is concrete or sandstone or something) and move it to their town (which I think their library is literally FALLING DOWN, which makes my towns decision seem even weirder).

Question is, is it possible to dismantle a sandstone/concrete building and reassemble it in another place?

Not really, no. But up to a point a building can be lifted whole and moved. That assumes it's not too big. Better to just build a new building.

Well around town, every few weeks you can see a truck driving slowwwwwwwwwwwwlyyyy down some street with a house on the back.

A large house is about the most that can be practically moved. And a wooden house weighs less than a concrete or stone building. Beyond that, the cost and difficulty of the move exceeds the value of doing so.

Yeah and its a pretty big building. I didn't think that would work. I don't know why they want to tear it down as its perfectly fine and its not leaking or anything.

Question: What is it called when a bully gets called out on their bullying, and then tries to claim they were victimized?

Nah your whole image isn't too serious IMO.

Good :p I'm not serious at all, and if you want a serious conversation I'm not the one to have it with ;)

Rugby LEAGUE fan ( sorry mate , Different sport , important to differentiate) . Yeah done that but no joy . I don't have a computer , just an i pad , maybe that's it) .

Why does "natural" peanut butter have oil at the top and needs to be stirred?

Peanuts naturally have oil in them. It needs to be constanly stirred, drained, or it had been sitting for a very long time.
