My question included both cases of dying with a will and dying without a will.
As I said, if it is included in a valid will, exactly what the will says. If there are eligable heirs (i.e. family members) still alive it goes to them, you will have to look into your jurisdiction's laws to see how exactly property is distributed and who is eligable where you live. If there are no heirs it goes to the state.
By learning how to stand up for yourself.

I cannot stress how much I agree with this. People will always mock you no matter what, even if you're a "cool guy". But bullying is something that is instantly stopped the moment you do these things:
1. Not care anymore.
2. Stand up for yourself. This doesn't mean insult them back, but if they push you, push back. They insult you, laugh and agree or tell them to f**k off.
3. Some people will stand up to that challenge/get even more pissed off, be sure you have some way of defending yourself, even if you have to be a "wuss" and carry a knife or pepper spray.

Carrying a knife isn't a good idea. It was always standard in riot training not to bring to bear one's weapon until absolutely neccessary - one of my instructors put it that 'once you've done that, you've got two choices, and they're both bad ones'. Leaving aside the legal issues (good luck convincing anyone that you weren't escalating the fight by doing so, or saying that any injury you inflict was proportionate), there's always the chance that your friendly neighbourhood thug looking for a punch-up will decide to pull his own knife and have much fewer qualms about using it than you.

Perhaps, but most casual bullies will stand down if there is a legitimate threat.
If the person bullying you happens to be some buff thug that kills children in his spare time there's not much you can do.

Are humans a useless species because we are destroying our own planet and all life on it?

Not sure if troll.
Humans may be destroying the planet (although it is highly disputable as to how much they are) but they also do a lot of good. We have cured diseases, we have saved species from extinction, people in richer countries live very happy, comfortable lifestyles.
In the grand scheme of things, we are no more useless than any other species on the planet. We'll all die out one day, whether we were born as a field mouse or a human being. I've never seen a field mouse cure a disease, so I'm not sure what you mean by a useless species.
And I honestly don't know what you mean about Earth needing humans to survive. Anatomically modern humans only appeared 200,000 years ago. For the 4 billion years that life has been on Earth, it's an absolutely tiny fraction. The Earth managed just fine without us then.

Other animal species have destroyed their own habitat without realizing it. You'd think humans would have more intelligence, but really we are animals just like many other species. We put our own personal survival above the needs of the environment just like animals.

Speaking of self defense mentioned above. Is it legal to carry around a stun gun? Obviously the kid in school got suspended for that, so I'm not talking about schools, but public in general.

I believe much of it is dictated by genetics. You either have it in you, or you don't. You can't just grow a set of balls. It doesn't work like that.
The best advice is to accept your place in the world. I know I lack the physical power to kick other men's asses, and I accept my position at the bottom of the food chain. The good thing is I make good money, and I can buy everything I need... except love. You just have to make do without love.
In summary: The answer is to become filthy rich and then you can thumb your noses at those SOB's. Consequently, it's yet another reason I'm against distribution of wealth. Then the bullies would truly win.

The planet is warming anyway, with or without human action. Nothing we can do will stop that. It annoys me greatly when people say that we are the sole cause of the Earth warming up; I doubt we've even had a noticeable impact.
