Would filling a pot with hot water (as opposed to cold water) cause the water to come to a boil faster?

WARNING: CALCULUS AHEAD!

So, if I were to find the volume of a solid revolved around x=-2 that is bounded by the curve y=x^2, x=-1, x=2, and the x-axis, I would set it up as 2pi times the integral evaluated from -1 to 2 of (x+2)(x^2)dx, correct?

I hate shell method

But if you want to freeze water, use hot water.

City dwellers are scum.

Warm water cools faster because there is a greater temperature difference between it and the frigid air.

However, it still takes a bit longer to freeze than cold water does.

Is there a constitutional way or prepared legislation for the expulsion of a state from the United States?

There ought to be. In the case of misbehaviour? But I don't see why any federation would ever want to expel a state. They seem to welcome extending their hegemony rather than diminishing it.
