Does Tibet even have a water port?

Tibet doesn't need a port to prove that the world is round, they can just change maps and if their map connects the discovered areas first, they have proven that the world is round. In this case I think that Spain has sailed the Pacific and they exchanged maps and Tibet had the knowledge of Asia to connect the map.
 
iirc all civs except mayans,aztecs and incas are old world civilizations
but I don't have any idea about that, sometimes you can give your cities to the closer civilizations if they're your vassal
I think tibet traded lots of maps, may be with you :p
