No, it's everyone.

If you were egotistical and overconfident you wouldn't worry about people telling you that you are egotistical and overconfident.
Self-doubt isn't a characteristic of the arrogant.

You mean, your "friends"
I don't deserve to have friends.

Worrying about what other people think is narcissism, which is egotistic.

Take up an activity that's outside your comfort zone.

I just keep feeling like even trying to stand up for myself will just prove how selfish I am for having a far too high opinion of myself and how stupid I am for not being aware of reality.

I can't figure out how to properly pronounce Steven Yeun's surname. For a long time, I was misreading his name as Yuen, perhaps because I once knew someone with that name, and I was pronouncing it "Yoo-en" in my head. But now I don't know if it's pronounced "Yun" or "Yoon." Or maybe it's neither, maybe it's something in-between, or something else entirely. This morning I was listening to a podcast review of Beef, and the 3 people on the podcast all pronounced it differently. One said "Yoo-en", one said "Yun", and one said "Yoon." Wikipedia only makes it worse. It says the IPA pronunciation is /jʌn/, which I think is "yun"; the Revised Romanization is "Yeon", which I would be inclined to pronounce like "yawn"; and the McCune-Reischauer translation is Yŏn, and I don't know what I'm supposed to do with that accent mark. If anyone here reads Korean, Wikipedia says his Korean name is 연상엽, if that helps us Westerners with pronunciation at all.

Follow-up question: What's the Korean version of 'gaijin' / 'gwailo'? I'm assuming there's gotta be one. ;)

CFCers?

Well, I for one am an *educated* lout motivated by lechery and sensuality.

Some of us are motivated by pizza, Coke, cat-cuddling, and messages from nanowrimo.org that say, "Congratulations, Winner" and direct me where to click to access my winner's goodies (not many of which are actually free, but some years I get a decent new avatar and banner out of it).

I didn't know that Winner was competing in nanowrimo.

No idea. But that's what the message says when that magic word count goal is reached. If I have enough ambition tomorrow, I'll be done tomorrow. If not, then definitely sometime on Monday.

Holy crap why the hell is it seemingly impossible to see what I listened to yesterday on spotify? The "recently played" list they have is useless, it lists 30 tracks.

I fell in love with a song yesterday and listened to it like 100 times. I basically had it on loop the whole damn day. Yet it seems impossible to easily figure out what it is.

I swear the "view play history" thing used to be a lot more comprehensive, but now it just seems replaced with a useless list of 30 tracks. If they keep making the UI more and more annoying and less user friendly I am going to have to eventually cancel this service and go with apple music or something
But you found it later since it came up in your top songs for the year’s end, right?

I get quite passionate about the design choices of sprockets and cotter pin placement these days. The trucker might take a bigger share out of your Fruit Loops than I do. What makes you think it wasn't just a straight face, rather than a giddy excitement?
