Turn 0: Haha... Frankfurt's free specialist is a citizen. Wow. Sweetness. Did a little micro. Nothing much.
Turn 1: Some units come in, order up some more. I reduce Calcutta's cultural defense as well. Decide to wait until next turn to do some collateral. Losses would be too much because of fortified longbows.
Turn 2: Gunpowder comes in. Chemistry next I guess? There's a GE sitting around... I soften up Calcutta with three cats. First mace at 44.9% dies. Damn. Next at 61.7% dies. A mace wins at 63.5%. Yay. Knight near 70% dies to pike. Grrrr... I take Calcutta. I forge on towards Delhi.
Turn 3: More unit production. I'm also throwing up some watermills. Production = win. Nice stack in Delhi. It's the Hindu and Buddhist holy city. Wow.
Turn 4: Looking at a few things. Cathy's power graph is rather large. Hmmm...
Turn 5: The GE can help with Chemistry. With no upcoming wonders, and our economy in the toilet, I decide to use him for it. I go down to 50% research and I shaved off well over half the time. A Russian revolt took place in Bombay. I'm not sure it's a good idea to hold onto that city. It's COMPLETELY swamped in Russian culture. Useless. I'll try to garrison some things there.
Turn 6: The siege of Delhi has begun. I bombard. I reduce it to 8%. Nice.
Turn 7: I reduce cultural def completely. I sac three cats. Let the fighting commence! I take Delhi. I lost two mace and one elephant. Pretty good overall though. Won at some dubious odds. I surge towards Madras. I haven't really made any infra during my turn because I feel our beast feeds on war loot, and we need to crush Ghandi into insignificance.
Turn 8: I continue the death march towards Madras. There's an annoying sudden knight (TM) that's galavanting about. I rename the three warriors defending Berlin after the three stooges. I've also been bombarding Madras with a single cat for a while so when my stack o' cats (TM) gets there they can just suicide.
Turn 9:
I've made a rather large amount of knights. And, all of a sudden (TM), we're at -46 gpt @ 50% research. Our economy needs to wake up. Someone fetch me some cold water.
Turn 10: Chemistry comes in. I throw up a few grens. Madras will fall in the next turn or two. Probably. I selected Printing Press as the next tech, with the thought that we may need around 10 turns of infra/econ after we sue for peace/conquer Ghandi.
All my screen shots failed for some reason. Damnit. I don't know if our economy will allow us to conquer Ghandi. Maybe nab Madras then sue for peace? We're a big lumbering giant with a small amount of intellect. Catherine is a larger cyborg. We lose. Oh, and Cathy declared last turn. Just kidding.
Did I mention Bombay is failing as a city?
