I almost blurted out Kryptonite, or "if I told you I'd have to kill you," but instead I said some lame line about organization or something . So I'm interested in seeing what people see as their individual weaknesses.

I'm egotistical and too often unwilling to ask others for help when I need it. The two aren't related. I generally don't ask for help because I don't want to admit that I screwed up, instead of not asking for it because I'm "too good" for it like I would if it was related to egotism.

I had that question at the interview for my current job. I answered, "I over think things. I always have. But i've been working on that for the past few years and i've really started to overcome it." I turned my weakness into a strength.

Pretty much. Always give them something like "My weakness is that I tend to be detail-oriented" or somesuch.
