I'm sure you guys don't really want to imagine me sleeping naked, but you'll have to deal with it. It still seems weird to me (I only started doing it because a lady friend of mine does it). What if there was a fire, or an intruder? I would hate to confront an intruder naked. He would have the advantage right off the bat. I definitely wouldn't feel secure holding a gun while I'm naked.

And no socks for me. I don't understand how people can wear socks to bed. I won't include socks in the poll, if you wear them please feel free to note so in your post.

I still sometimes wear only boxer shorts (underwear) to bed. Depends on the mood I suppose. I couldn't imagine wearing pajamas like you see on tv. How can people wear that many clothes to bed? Wouldn't they get hot?

poll coming...

I too sleep naked. And I would think you would have the advantage if you were naked. If it came to a close fight between the two of you, the intruder would have less to grab onto. That is, unless he grabbed your honey tree.

Another naked sleeper here. Used to be that I would wear socks to bed on really cold nights, but we got a set of extra-long winter duvets for Christmas, so that's not necessary anymore.

Thick pajamas. If I wore anything less I'd freeze to death in my own bed.

Okay. I voted "wearing normal street clothes" but only because in Singapore you can go out to the nearby supermarket and shopping centre wearing just shorts and a t-shirt which is comfortable and loose enough to wear to sleep. Though not the same pair of course.

Imagine the shock of the intruder seeing a man completely naked, screaming, and maybe holding a machete... surely you'll give a very direct message to the intruder :)

I sleep in pyjamas, which are long-sleeved when it's cold and short-sleeved when it's warm. Sometimes in the summer I don't wear the top and only wear the bottom. I find it difficult to sleep naked.

naked,

sometimes boxers abd/or a shirt and occasionally I wear socks but only if it is really cold...

There's really no other way of removing socks. At least I've never thought of one.

Sleeping naked would be seriously awkward, because I live with my parents and sister, and my room has a doorless doorway.

In summer I wear t-shirt & shorts pajamas. In winter it's pants and long sleeves. Australian houses get really cold at night in winter, because they're designed to allow you to cope with hot weather, so before I had an electric blanket I did wear socks to bed. It's a good way to stop freezing.

Edit: aw crap, crosspost. :( How is that lame?????????

wonderful crosspost

but on electric blankets. I agree they are not lame.. only dangerous in the wrong hands (don't ask)
