Céline Dion is a goddess. Why all the hate? Have you guys seen Titanic?

Are you sure you're not confusing Céline Dion with Cate Blanchett?

Anyway, Nickelback is far more infuriating than Céline Dion. At least Dion's songs are acutally distinguishable from one another.

Other: Canada's national sport takes up valuable time on ESPN that could be used for broadcasting more interesting sports like Texas Hold'em and Scrabble.

As for Canadian beer, their are many fine beer specimens to be found in Quebec. The original poster is notoriously ignorant about good beer.

Ugh, I had almost forgotten that we share a country with those douches...can I change my answer?

Considering that I hate the Cold, I will never stay too ong in Canad for that reason. The people no doubt are nice, but they have to be uch more than that for me to visit such a cold country.

It's not part of America.

Are you sure you are not confusing Cate Blanchett with "Wobbly" Kate Winslet (no wonder the boat sank with her on board etc.). I could watch her on screen for a lot more than 3 hours though. And she was pretending to be ginger in that film, bonus points. She's from Swindon here in the UK though I think, not Canada. She's also catching up quick to the most nude scenes in mainstream films by any actress, not in Titanic though.

My bad. Got two British actresses named Kate/Cate confused.

All you limeys look the same to me anyway. ;)

I had to check looks like non-wobbly Cate is Australian.

And I checked in the mirror to see if I looked just like Kate Winslet but sadly I didn't. I don't think the beard would suit her much.

Right, I think I'm just going to shut up on the topic of actresses at this point before I dig myself in any deeper.

On finding fault with things Canadian I will continue to speak as I am quite an authority on that subject.
:)

How close it is to the USA ;)

I would say the cold, but after reading the thread I was reminded of Nickelback.
