I can also eat like crazy, but I have a weak appetite and a very high metabolism, so it doesn't help much.

My goal is to add another 10 kg, hopefully as muscles. Would 12 months be long enough to achieve that?

It is within the realm of possibility. The way to get there is to engage in proper heavy resistance training and eat a lot more than you are eating now. In other words: Do heavy barbell squats and drink milk. And eat eggs. And more milk. And do some deadlifts while you're at it. And eat more. And do some upper-body work as well. And eat more eggs and drink more milk.
 
Yeah, I've dated girls shorter than you. I still think it'd be lulsome though
 
Not "short"? Is that in a certain department?
 
For what it's worth, I'm 5'10"-ish and weigh approximately 9.5 stone. (For everyone else, that's 178 cm and approx. 60 kg.)

I also have a 30-inch (76 cm) waistline and find it very hard to buy proper trousers that fit me.

I'm allergic to eggs. And nuts. And a few years ago I became allergic to milk as well (used to drink at least a litre a day before that)! :cry:

And I have a bad appetite! :cry:

This is gonna be hard. :(
