Find me Guilty. Good film, why did it fare so poorly at the box office?

Isn't Terminator 2 a '90s flick?

Technically. I've only included it because I've always wanted to watch it, but never saw the first Terminator. Now I'll just watch the two together.

Dude... COMMANDO!

Edit: Red Dawn :D

Eh. I also cut out Delta Force and some other famous ones that don't much interest me. I've already seen First Blood and some others, which I don't want to rewatch (or need to). Granted, some of these I've already seen, but I like all of these (Die Hard, Blade Runner) so want to rewatch them.

It's not entirely fair, I know. :p

I've cooked up an epic 80s Action Flick list for Netflix.

Escape from New York
The Terminator
T2
Lethal Weapon
Robocop
Blade Runner
Alien
Aliens
Big Trouble in Little China
The Running Man
Beverly Hills Cop
Predator
Die Hard

Should be awesome! I'll post reviews as I work my way through the list.

Link to video.

Alien was 1979.

If you do Big Trouble in Little China, you MUST see Buckaroo Bazai... Written and directed by Big Trouble's WD Richter.

Do not see Commando. You have way too much Ah-nold already with T, T2, Pedator and Running Man

And strike Running Man off. Stoooopid beyond stoopid.

Hah, someone else saw it too. :D

I was inspired by that video to do this now rather than later, but it's something I've been cooking up for a while now. Most of those films were already on my list.

As with Terminator/T2, I want to see Aliens, so I need to watch the first one first. Besides, culturally, Alien is much more in the 1980s group than it is the 70s.

Hah! Mebbe. BTiLC is one of my faves though.

I dunno it looks cool to me. This list is as much for impact as it is actual quality of the film.

Alien is indeed a 70s movie.

Alien 3 was much better than Aliens, and is also an 80 movie, IIRC.
Alien was 1979.
Aliens was 1986
Alien 3 was 1992

Don't be fooled. Watch Cinemasins "Everything Wrong with Running Man" instead.

No. Did you confuse Die Hard with Anastasia?

I thought diehard was about Socrates/Plato beating down some asian buddhist shinto himalayan polynesian warrior monk philosophy with some wicked sick allegory that said anti-philosophers cling onto and won't let die. I.e. "old habits die hard", only socrates/plato completely wreck em in the most action packed verbose lectures

surprised kyriakos wouldnt like it

:vomit: One of the worst movies of all times! A group of high school kids fight off the Russian army, which has launched a sneak attack on the U.S. from Mexico.

It's a movie so bad it's good.

I just don't know how to reply to such wrong-headed thinking! Wait, yes I do...
