In the name of SCIENCE I demand that Immaculate abandon his real-world occupation and just run another FFH NES.

If only we can upload the minds of our greatest mods and store them on the internet, enslaving them to update our precious NESes for the ends of time.

Oh wait: We are trying to do that already. :scan:

Remember the conversation where each NESer pays $1 for each update they "like"? I would eagerly do that. The stuff our community turns out can sometimes rival the best that "literature" can turn out.

Oh lawd....

What? I would gladly transfer 10 Grand for each update of Daft Panzer's Project, North King's End of Empires, or any Immaculate(tm) project. Not that I have 10 Grand, but if I did, I would gladly spend it that way.

Or is it that I misspelled can as cab? Sorry for that folks! :p

The NES Community taught me a large proportion of what I know about writing. It was where I learned all of the fundamentals. You can hate on how I write nowadays, but look at Rome, Glory and Disgrace to get a proper perspective on how much I've developed on this forum.

I rarely have a dollar to give for a good update though, and I doubt I would be able to recoup enough with Pieces to properly reimburse the moderators who I like playing with.

The idea of a FFH NES does intrigue me though, but I have to admit, I really enjoyed the FFH mod, but I imagine I'd be out of my depth with regard to any of the lore.

With the FFH NES, the Lore gives you a premade foundation to build your culture on and tweak, instead of starting with a blank slate.

I agree completly.

And, SKILORD, go take a look at some of the old Immacuneses... I have links for 2 in my sig... However, the one that was recently put on Hiatus (Empire of the fading Heavens) was also great, though only moderatly linked to FFH (set in the far future of the FFH universe)

It seems like giving 1 dollar for every update you enjoy is a good way to get people to insist that they didn't enjoy updates. ;)

I want to pay for a moderator to do updates, if it meant my favorte NES's could continue. As long as they could remain impartial.. I'd happily pay around £10 an update.

I don't know if I could do an FFH NES. Though damn I really liked Empire of the Fading Heavens.

So, who's looking forward to MjM's update? I can't wait to see how Mesoamerica develops in the future. :D

I will end you, Iggy.
