I did have to make a thoughtful decsion though. Type was built to take trade from Egypt (or so you stated) so capturing it would have been a plus. I didn't really care what happened to Sparta, but I knew that my entry into the war would take some pressure off her. I would not have attacked the League had I not had a treaty with Sparta, which BTW, I had inhereted from the previous player or NPC status.

Erm, I never said it was built to take away trade from Egypt. I certainly intended to make it THE trade center of the Eastern Mediterranean, and one of my OTHER goals was to divert trade from Egypt, but Tyre was mostly built because I was settling the lands of the historical Sea Peoples.

I am sorry family things have gotten in the way. It of course is a big family week (Thanksgiving and all) for me and I have gotten maybe an hour at the most the past three days to sit down. It will be up this weekend.

I increase my time over Christmas considerably. Considering that the closest thing myself and most Jews get to celebrating Christmas is Chinese food and a Woody Allen movie, I have nothing but extra time over the break.

I will increase playing time by a lot. I find it ironic that on Christmas jews go to Chinese food, and a kosher deli (tried to go one year) was packed with chinese people.
