Why would you vote Hillary Clinton?

She'll get left support because the other option will be whatever religious nutjob the tea party forces through.

If she gets the Democratic nomination, I'll vote for her unless she really manages to annoy me with her policies. Given the state of the Republican party, even former moderates like Mitt was forced to swing toward the crazy to secure the base.
If I have a choice between tolerable and terrible, I'm going with tolerable.
Or I drink the Kool-Aid and go 3rd party.

If Hillary does get the nomination, basically her entire campaign will have to be some variant of "I'm the best you guys have, and unless you want that nutcase elected you had better vote for me".

She can win a general. Unfortunately, I doubt Warren could. Not sure who else really is popular enough right now.

Biden would be a mistake IMNHO.

I can't imagine Biden not torpedoing himself with some half-baked comment

the man is George W Bush with hairplugs

Then again if you get Obama off the teleprompter he starts talking about giving asthmatic kids their breathalyzers so that happens to a lot of politicians

That is not the worst Obama quote. He also claimed there are 57 US states, and that his grandfather was in the normandy invasion (iirc). He comes off as pretty bizarre when the teleprompter is out.

Other Obama strange quotes, from http://politicalhumor.about.com/od/barackobama/a/obama-isms.htm:

Obama W said:
"When I meet with world leaders, what's striking -- whether it's in Europe or here in Asia..." -mistakenly referring to Hawaii as Asia while holding a press conference outside Honolulu, Nov. 16, 2011

"We're the country that built the Intercontinental Railroad." —Cincinnati, OH, Sept. 22, 2011

"The Middle East is obviously an issue that has plagued the region for centuries." --Tampa, Fla., Jan. 28, 2010

"Let me be absolutely clear. Israel is a strong friend of Israel's. It will be a strong friend of Israel's under a McCain...administration. It will be a strong friend of Israel's under an Obama administration. So that policy is not going to change." --Amman, Jordan, July 22, 2008

Although this is in my view the best one:

hello sunshine said:
"How's it going, Sunshine?" --campaigning in Sunrise, Florida

:D

^Yeah well, blind cult of the benevolent leader(s) is what led your country here as well :jesus:
At least you always have celebration of Cinco de Quattro (sic) to fall back to ;)

Hmm ... Fox News explicitly sell themselves as non-mainstream. And that's definitely correct, but they are not fringe. The angry old white man is central to modern US society and its democratic process.

Gotta disagree with you there; they sell themselves as non-mainstream, but that doesn't mean they aren't. It's the bullhorn for one of the two mainstream parties, that puts them pretty firmly in that camp.

Isnt Hilary too old and her health is bad as well? If yes I found her to be an awful candinate.

That might be worse but the 57 states comment shouldn't be considered a big deal compared to most gaffes. He clearly meant 47 and he even said he had 3 left to visit.

Most gaffes in general can be ignored unless you're GWB or Biden because it's hilarious.

I also think it should be termed a 'gaffe' only if the person involved is not consistently idiotic.. W/Biden are merely up to their normal standard. But that isn't the issue; the issue is that somehow it is spinned as 'funny' to have such politicians in the top positions, when in reality it is scary.

I'd vote for Satan over Obama. :smug:

No. Obama is the Anti-Christ. Not Satan.

Iirc the antichrist is at least supposed to wooe the public? So post his great nobel prize i doubt Obama can be tied to that role; an 'o' from the verb is now missing :satan:

Also, outside of gnostic theologies, i think Satan=Devil=Antichrist anyway (?). In older theologies there is often a very clear distinction between the Satan and the Devil, the former being higher up but less conscious an entity than its (the latter) underling ;)
