I think we have had sich a thread in each of the last years. And while 2021 was again somewhat crap, it makes it even more important to look back at the good things.
So, what did you do in 2021, which was important, new, or otherwise worthy being remembered (by yourself, I mean)?
My list:
- First time that I was in Paris and saw the Eiffel Tower. Many people seem to dislike it, but I think it's quite nice to see
- First time I rode a horse
- First time I was in a spa and a sauna. I expected to not like the sauna, but actually the opposite is the case
-- first time I was nude in a spa and sauna. Was surprisingly more relaxed than expected
- I managed to lose like... 7kg
- At the same time I got stronger, and recovered most of my gym strength from before the pandemic (now 85 kg body weight, 100 kg squat/deadlift)
- I spent some lovely time with my now ex-GF
- I celebrated my birthday with many of my friends
- I explored more of France, visited 4 more cities (besides Paris)
Overall not too bad of a year, surprisingly
