Your main source of wisdom/knowledge?

What I find funny is that my Profs all throughout high school and university derided the internet as a source of faulty knowledge, which it can be, but if you know where to look you can find what you need much faster than in any bricks and mortar library. I honestly think the educational establishment is jealous of the internet and it's vast store of knowledge.

I like to get my knowledge from people who are, you know, knowledgable instead of my idiot self.

Anyone who's worth listening to has improved upon what they've learned from others. Merely soaking up knowledge without processing it in your own unique way and doing something new with it is unremarkable. Machines can do that. The most important part of wisdom is always internal.

Creativity is more important than knowledge. Knowledge of self is the most important knowledge. Wisdom cannot be acquired second hand. It comes from directly engaging life. And all of that is internal (though certain stimuli can be more educational than other stimuli of course).

My religion - and since that fluctuates you can imagine how wise i am. So of course i voted my instincts & deep feelings.

I did gain some wisdom from some books tho.

I also gained some by observing other people.

I put other becuase parents didnt just fit my mother only. She has taught me almost all of the essentials of life, all of the useless knowledge about whatever and all that jazz is greater in quantity, but not quality when compared to what my mother has brought to the table, her and my grandma have taught me the essentials of life, everything ive needed so far and given me the tools in knowledge to ahndle anything on the way.

Yeah, basically.
Especially if you consider self in the Birdjaguar/punkbass sense of the word, in which case there is no real distinction between self and other.

One of mine actually endorses Wikipedia to an extent. He knows there are flaws and wouldn't quote it in a paper or anything, but if you see a term and don't know what it means, by all means search away!
