As negotiated with Denniz, we are allowed to have a HoF community thead, as long as it's not off-topic, so please, post all HoF relevant things you think of here. - You played a great game? Use this thread. You got owned by RNG? Find people building you up again here. You have questions that are at least partly connected with the HoF or its players? You know it.

I had an idea: We should gather all writeups we ever made in this forum, and should link them in a sticky thread. Im sure, this would attract more people. Some come here to only read the replays. What if they found out, that there are several good writeups from the other players too?

What do you think?

As a start you could edit in a list of write-ups in the OP of this thread. A sticky would of course be better.

A list of Writeups sounds good.

Don't think that I will do this on my own. I can post a theead and ask for it to be made sticky, but everybody is responsible for his own writeups. I cant look through the whole HoF forums to find worthy candidates.

If you really mean gather "all" the writeups, that's easy.
It would take about 30 seconds to write a database query to list all of the writeup links alongside the Player, difficulty, WinDate, etc. But, you'd need the staff to help you since they don't give us the power to write such a query.

Congratulations to leif erikson on the promotion to admin. Hopefully this means some of the suggested changes for the HoF and the War Academy can be implemented

As I told Seraiel, I closed the thread for the reason stated. Create as many threads as you please, just keep things on topic (i.e. HOF).

There used to be a lot of people posting threads about a game they played or were playing. Screenshots are always helpful for that kind of thing.

You are probably right about the effort. But I wouldn't get my hopes up on the number of links. I don't recall that option being used very much.

I will check later. Right now I finishing up the Civ5 update and some other stuff.

Wouldn't it be possible to search all posts in this forum for the words writeup and write-up? I myself unfortunately cannot search for those words myself, because Tapatalk uses it's own (crappy) search function.
I hope I finally get my PC back after 2 weeks tomorrow.

Not a lot to of links. Looks like about a 50/50 mix of garbage text. Note: the victory dates positive for AD and negative for BC.
